CANCELLATION POLICIES:
STANDARD RATE RESERVATIONS
. If cancelled or modified up to 48 hours ( 2 DAYS ) minimum before arrival date, no fee will be charged.
. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, a full charge for the first night per room will apply.
Group Booking Cancellations ( 3 or more rooms reserved )
. 2 weeks minimum required before arrival date.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE RESERVATIONS
. Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged per room.
The Alhambra Hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation if any changes have been made to the original reservation.
PAYMENTS – We kindly ask guests to settle their accounts on the day of arrival. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and MAESTRO. We also accept EUROS currency.
PRE-AUTHORISATION– The Alhambra Hotel reserves the right to PRE-VALIDATE all credit card details before arrival, for 1 night accommodation, to ensure they are valid and correct. The amount is then released back to the bank account.
